Member Venkata Krishna Kumar Sadhu (Associate Professor, Architecture) pursued his B.Arch (1990-95) from JNTU, Hyderabad, and M.Planning in Housing (1996-98) from School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi. Apart from teaching experience in India and Ethiopia, he also successfully handled several professional assignments. He is a registered Architect with the Council of Architecture, India.

Areas of Research interest include Vernacular Housing, Rehabilitation Housing mechanisms (oriented towards settlement and shelter design), Settlement Consolidation patterns, Land Subdivision for Housing, Real Estate advisory (Demand assessment of a real estate typology, Highest and Best use of a land parcel vis-a-vis real estate demand, Market and Financial feasibility of a real estate product etc.). Emerging interest is also in the areas of Functional Audit of buildings / built envelopes.
