Sealed tenders are invited from the reputed vendors/suppliers/manufacturers having license and experience for supplying furniture for the students of SPAV for academic purposes at Nidamanuru campus situated at Nidamanuru and hostel purposes at different hostels of SPAV situated at Vijayawada. Items :

Tender documents (containing Tender Notice, Terms and Conditions, Specifications and Quantity Details, Price Bid Proforma) can be obtained on all working days by paying Rs.500/- ( separately for each tender document) through Demand Draft in favour of “School of Planning and Architecture: Vijayawada” from 26.07.11 at the Registrar’s Office at SPAV. Tender document can also be downloaded from the School’s website: www.spav.ac.in. The downloaded tender document needs to be submitted along with demand draft/pay order of Rs.500/- (separately for each tender document) drawn in favour of ‘School of Planning and Architecture: Vijayawada’ and enclosed with the application.

Guntur-522120 to various locations in Vijayawada. Tender Document containing detailed terms and conditions can be obtained from 10.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. upto 24 June, 2011 from the Office of Asst. Registrar, Ground Floor, Planning Block of the School on payment of Rs.500/- only through Demand Draft in favour of ‘School of Planning and Architecture: Vijayawada’.

Interested may also collect the tender documents from the SPAV camp office.

Duly filled sealed tenders along with E.M.D  (Rs.15,000/- for Mess facility)  and (Rs.10,000/- for Canteen facility) through Demand Draft in favour of “School of Planning and Architecture, Vijayawada” duly superscribing on the cover “Tender for providing Mess and Canteen facilities” should reach the Assistant Registrar, School of Planning and Architecture, Vijayawada, Camp Office: Acharya Nagarjuna University, Nagarjuna Nagar -  522510, Guntur District on or before 15th June, 2011  by 4.30 P.M.  Contractors / Agencies who have applied earlier need not apply again.
