The above candidates have to report in person to the School of Planning and Architecture, Vijayawada on or before 09th August 2011 (4.30pm latest), with originals of -

a) All educational certificates (Marksheets and Pass Certificates of Std X & XII),
b) Special category eligibility certificates,
c) AIEEE score card and admit card,

and, 2 sets of self-attested photocopies of the above. 3 passport sized colour photographs are also required to be submitted. Also, requisite fees need to be paid for admissions (for details, click here). It is to be noted that the guardian / parent of the candidate is required to sign in the admissions and hostel forms of the college along with the candidate. Hence, it is advisable to come to the campus accordingly.

Waitlisted Candidates

In case the above candidate(s) do not report on or before 09th August 2011 (4.30pm latest), the seat allotment shall go to waitlisted candidate(s) II. List of waitlisted candidates II, if applicable, shall be published online in this same SPAV webpage on 09th August 2011 after 6pm. Waitlisted candidates II are requested to make prior travel arrangements to report to the SPAV campus on or before 16th August, 2011, with original documents and fees as above.
