Admissions 2011-12:
The admissions for 2011-12 by CCB has been closed.
In the SPAV, all the seats are all-India seats and there is no State or regional quota of seats. For detailed seat break-up for reservation categories, visit CCB website as given below. The admission to the SPAV is conducted by the Central Counselling Board (CCB), which is a body constituted by Ministry of Human Resource Development, Govt. of India. For detailed admission process visit www.ccb.nic.in.
Students interested in admissions to under-graduate programs in Architecture (B.Arch) and Planning (B.Plng) must appear for the All India Engineering Entrance Examination (AIEEE). The all-India overall rank in the 'Architecture stream' of the AIEEE exam is considered for any admissions in SPAV for all categories. 'State or category ranks' are NOT considered for admissions. Entire admission process is developed, administered, and conducted by the Central Counselling Board (CCB). Admission process is on merit basis for eligible candidates as per the rules, procedures and other policies of AIEEE and through the CCB. All candidates who have been offered a seat at SPAV by CCB in any round of admissions (including CCB spot round) should come to the SPAV campus in the following dates between 10am and 4pm to finalise your admissions. To participate in spot round, please visit the nearest Reporting Centre (RC). SPA Vijayawada is not a RC. For details about CCB spot round process click here and here.
